Stud dog choices are extremely important. As we strive to produce Golden Retrievers to the standard with a true Golden temperament, health and longevity we have met a few boys in our travels that have mesmerized us with their temperament, talent, workmanship, hunting ability, type and structure.  Thank you to their breeders and owners and may they have continued success in their journey and that of their offspring.  

 

We believe in that true "gentlemen's hunting companion" a dog that is a willing and able partner to work in the fields or water all day to retrieve game, a dog that will hang out quietly by your side, a dog that will hunt side by side other hunting dogs, a dog that has a playful quiet sense of humor, a dog that is calm, yet confident and energetic about it's tasks.
